摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and high capacity nonaqueous secondary battery by using a chargeable-dischargeable positive electrode active material containing at least an Li ion and a binding agent composed of hydroxycellulose having the specific composition and polytetrafluoroethylene resin in a positive electrode mix layer. SOLUTION: In a positive electrode plate 2, positive electrode mix paste is applied to both surfaces of a current collecting body, and drying-rolling is performed, and a positive electrode mix layer is formed. In preparation of a positive electrode mix, hydroxyethyl cellulose dissolved in ethylene diamine is added/kneaded at a rate of 1 to 10wt.% to/in a material by mixing a positive electrode active material (LiNiO2 ) and acetylene black together in the weight ratio of 100:5, and it is formed in a paste shape. Polytetyrafluoroethylene resin is added/kneaded by 1 to 10wt.% to/in this paste- like material. Al foil of 20μm is used as a current collecting body. A belt-like negative electrode plate 3 is obtained in such a way that a carbon material is kneaded by a carboxymethyl cellulose aqueous solution, and it is formed as negative electrode paste, and is applied to both surfaces of copper foil of 18μm, and drying-rolling processing is performed. At this time, the weight ratio of a carbon material to carboxymethyl cellulose is 90:10.
