The conveyor system for the movement of cross-wound bobbins has a junction between at least two conveyor belts (2, 3) and a common collection belt (6) which extends over the width of at least the two delivery belts (2, 3). It has a trough structure along the belt centre line (17), for the bobbins (4) to roll across and into it. The delivery belts (2, 3) are operated alternately. The common collection belt (6) is moved at the same speed as each of the powered delivery belts (2, 3).
