PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the increase of the size of equipment and the increase of the cost of the resultant dielectric porcelain compsn. caused by a violently poisonous Ba compd. difficult to handle as stock of a Ba-Ln-Ti-O compsn. contg. lanthanoid(Ln) as one of dielectric porcelain compsns. for high frequency. SOLUTION: This dielectric porcelain compsn. has a compsn. represented by the formula (Ca1-x Rx )4/(x+2) Ti2 O6 (where R is at least one kind of element selected from among La, Nd, Pm, Sm, Eu and Gd and 0.3<x<=0.85). |
