<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure the interlock control of voice and improve the operational safety by taking in the voices of operation instruction, pointing with the finger and call and confirmation reponse, discriminating the caller, calling matter and operation objective instruments, comparing the matter with the operational procedure stored in advance and blocking the input operation command in case of disagreement. SOLUTION: A call of operation initiation instruction is taken in from a voice input device, whether or not the operation coincides with the plant state is judged and in the case of yes, with a response of operator next operation is proceeded. Similarly, by confirming the parameters in the central control room, whether the signal names and state values are normal values and whether the objective signals are confirmed, are judged. Also, whether the objective instrument and the operation coincide between the confirmation instruction call to site operators and the paging call of confirmed results are judged, and with a response of operators, next operation is proceeded. In this manner the voice of operators such as calls is interlocked and safety consciousness of multiple check and instruction confirmation system by a plurality of operators is built in the controller so that the improvement of operation reliability is made possible.</p> |
