PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid adverse effects to a substrate even if leakage takes place while maintaining a high electric conductivity by dissolving phthalate and/or maleate of quarternary ammonium denoted by a particular formula in a solvent whose main component isγ-butyrolactone solvent. SOLUTION:γ-butyrolactone is used alone as a solvent or is used as a main component of a solvent and a mixture of other sub-solvent and this component is used as solvent. As a solute, phthalate and/or maleate of quarternary ammonium denoted by the formula (n denotes 4-8, and a lower alkyl group may be included in the methylene chain) is used. These carboxylates of quarternary ammonium may be used alone or a mixture of two or more of them may be used. Further, the carboxylates may be mono-salts or di-salts, but preferably they are mono-salts.
