FIELD: powder metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing melt and overheating it to temperature exceeding melting temperature by 500 C; effectuating water dispersion of melt with following dehydration of dispersed powder. Water used for melt dispersion is preliminarily cooled. Pulp produced during dispersion is subjected to hydraulic classification by size of solid phase, that it contains. Dehydration is conducted by mechanical separation of powder from water followed by vacuum drying, with hydrogen released in the process being continuously discharged. Method may be used to produce caked products and foamed concretes. EFFECT: improved quality of powder, provision for explosion-proof process, increased economy and enhanced reliability in operation. |
