METHOD FOR MAKING ESOPHAGUS-TO-RESERVOIR ANASTOMOSIS

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming union from intestine loops and reservoir concurrently with making anastomosis after gastroctomy. Posterior wall of the esophagus is sutured with opposite condylar edge of the intestine. Union is formed by suturing afferent and efferent intestine loops with anterior esophagus wall being caught. Efferent (pri) loop is shut off below the reservoir and interintestine anastomosis being applied. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented reflux esophagite. 9 dwg
