A shaped body that contains odoriferous substances and that is produced by irradiating with micro-waves a mixture of porous carrier substances, hydrated substances and a partially liquid perfume mixture, is used to apply odoriferous substances to textiles in a washing machine. These shaped bodies contain 8 to 40 % by weight odoriferous substances.
