Buttermilk is mixed with garlic, esp. garlic juice and partic. in amts. of 98.5% buttermilk and 1.5% garlic juice. It is prepd. by stirring 3 g of chopped garlic into 500 g of buttermilk and filtering after 6-7 hrs. or stirring garlic juice into buttermilk.
