PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide high mechanical strength, a high electric insulation property and high heat resistance by forming a sheet of a paraaromatic polyamide hybrid, a glass fiber and thermosetting resin and coating or impregnating the sheet with a specified amount or more of polycarbo-diimide resin to the full solid weight of the sheet. SOLUTION: A sheet is formed of paraaromatic polyamide hybrid, glass fiber and thermosetting resin, the sheet is coated or impregnated with polycarbo- diimide resin of 4wt.% or higher to the full solid weight of the sheet and then hardened. The paraaromatic polyamide hybrid is substantially linear polymer with an amid group directly connected to an aromatic ring. Preferably, the length of this hybrid is set to 0.5 to 2mm and its diameter is set to 2 to 10μm. There is no limit for the structure of this aromatic amide. However, normally, this is composed of the following constitutional units: A) -HN-R1 , -NHOCR2 , CO-, B) -HNR3 CO-, In the formula, R1 to R3 are aromatic rings to be replaced, and for instance a formula (1) is indicated. The aromatic ring may be replaced by a halogen, nitro group, a sulfone group or a low class alkyl group.
