PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the current capacity of a protection means in protecting against a short-circuiting accident between DC terminals of a voltage source type power converter. SOLUTION: A series connection body of a rectification element 15 and a capacitor 14 is connected between the DC terminals of a voltage source type power converter 12 and a series connection body of a reactor 16 and a DC bias means 17 is connected in parallel with the rectification element 15. |
