PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a filter by arranging igniting means and gas generating means within a vessel having a first member and a second member for blocking the opened end of the first member, and arranging the filter surrounding a gas blowout hole on the periphery of the vessel, and regulating the radial extension of the filter by a band plate member. SOLUTION: A circular first member 1 having one end opened and the other end closed has an opened end 2, a circular part 10, and a circumferential wall part 11 formed on the outer edge part thereof, and a gas blowout hole 7 is provided on the circumferential wall part 11. A dish-like second member 3 for blocking the opened end part 2 has a circular part 12, a circumferential wall part 13 formed on the outer edge part thereof, and a flange part 14 formed on the tip part thereof. The tip part of the circumferential wall part 11 is fitted to the inside of the circumferential wall part 13, and circumferentially welded 15 to form a vessel 4. Igniting means 5 and gas generating means 6 are arranged in the vessel 4. On the other hand, a filter 3 is arranged on the periphery of the vessel 4, and a band plate member 9 consisting of strip stainless steel plate is also arranged thereon. |
