FIELD: enrichment of diamonds. SUBSTANCE: method involves providing aeromixture from sieved material; feeding aeromixture through roentgenoluminescent radiation zone into chamber for separating aeromixture flow into concentrate and tailings. The process is controlled by photoelectronic device having electromechanical gate, which cuts off diamond-bearing portions of aerosuspension flow. Apparatus has air-discharge unit connected with roentgen beam chamber channel and with separating chamber having two channels, electromechanical gate positioned at interface of two channels and provided with drive controlled by photoelectronic device. Concentrate discharge channel is connected in series with similar separating chambers of smaller through section. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified method and apparatus, improved quality of enriched diamond. 3 cl, 1 dwg |
