摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase generated power and a stroke with relatively low voltage. SOLUTION: A stacked-type actuator consists of bimorphs 1, each of which is made by laying a plurality of elements upon each other concentrically, a central connection member 2 which connects the bimorphs by connecting central sections of the bimorphs along the axis direction, and a peripheral connection member 3 which connects peripheral sections of the bimorphs 1 to each other in the axis direction. A moving device has this actuator and a controlling means 5 which applies voltage of a waveform controlled by the actuator. In this moving device, either the central connection member 2 or the peripheral connection member 3 functions as a heavier weight and the other member has a leg section. Due to such a structure that the bimorphs 1 that are driven by low voltage but have large displacements are so stacked as to be connected to each other parallely, the actuator has a large displacement and big power even if it is driven by low voltage. The moving device provided with such an actuator has a high moving capacity.
