<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct deviation in the response characteristics of the detector arrays lined up in a fixed azimuth without requiring any uniform scene or the like. SOLUTION: A sensor system is provided with an attitude control system 16 for successively and continuously extracting the same part of the same scene at respective detectors by changing the line-up azimuth of a detector array 10 into a first azimuth during an operating mode period and a vertical second azimuth during a correction mode period, and a second device for adjusting outputs generated by the respective detectors in the first azimuth during the operating mode period while utilizing related signals generated by the respective detectors lined up in the second azimuth. The second device generates a standardizing coefficient from the output signals of the respective detectors in the second azimuth by an averaging device 24 and stores it in a memory 28 and while utilizing that coefficient, the outputs of respective detectors during the operating mode period are adjusted by a response characteristic corrector 22.</p> |
