A differential amplifier 500 includes an input signal amplifier 400 and current sync section 300. The input signal amplifier 400 consisting of a current mirror 401 and input section 402 amplifies the difference between input signals Vg3 and Vg4 at the drain of a MOS transistors Q12 and Q13. The common mode input range and output swing value of transistors Q10 and Q14 are varied with variation in the power supply voltage. Current sync section 300, connected between the power supply and a tenth node N10, consists of a sixth PMOS transistor Q16, fifth NMOS transistor Q15 and fourth NMOS transistor Q14. Upon application of the output signal of a voltage detector 200 to the gate of sixth PMOS transistor Q16 and fifth NMOS transistor Q15 in common, NMOS transistor Q14 operates.
