The printing machine has transfer units (3,4), in the form of at least one pair of transfer rollers, for transferring the substrates onto the conveyors (8). The transfer units are positioned so that the conveyor from the feeder stack (2) to the conveyors is in a straight line and lies on the same plane as the track conveying the substrates onto the printer units (14). The printing machine has a delivery unit (5) with at least one pair of transfer rollers (7) and/or a brake. The conveyors comprise a first conveyor (8) conveying the substrates from the feeder through a row of first form printer units (14), and a second conveyor (17) behind the first conveyor and carrying the substrates through a row of inside form printers to the delivery unit (6). |
