The invention concerns a circuit arrangement including a hybrid circuit with a film circuit and surface-mounted components on a ceramic substrate. In order to be able to manufacture a circuit arrangement of this kind as small and as inexpensively as possible, the invention calls for the hybrid circuit to have an additional ceramic substrate (2) and for the film circuit and the surface-mounted components (22 to 25) to be preferably distributed between the two ceramic substrates (1, 2). Thus parts (5, 6) of the film circuit occupy different areas (16; 17', 18') on one side (3, 4) of each of the ceramic substrates (1, 2) and the surface-mounted components (22 to 25) are on the other side (20, 21) of the ceramic substrates (1, 2). The ceramic substrates (1, 2) are bonded together along one of their sides (3, 4).
