PURPOSE: To smoothen an inner surface of a rolling element circulating passage and to minimize generation of noise by highly precisely positioning an upper surface installation surface, a female screw part and a load rolling element of a bearing block between themselves and rolling surfaces. CONSTITUTION: An outside rolling surface 15 for a load rolling element is formed on an inside surface of a guide rail 2 of a sectionally square shape with one side open and an inside rolling surface for the load rolling element is formed on both side surfaces of a bearing block main body 21 in a rectilinear guide device. Additionally, a female screw part 12 in the axial direction is formed roughly in a central part of the bearing block main body 21, the rolling element is interposed between the outside rolling surface 15 and the inside rolling surface, and a screw shaft 4 is screwed in the female screw part 12 of the bearing block main body 21. Thereafter, a female screw part body 12' having the female screw part 12 is integrally molded in a female screw lower hole 27 of the bearing block main body 21 by fabrication or die casting molding of synthetic resin. |
