PURPOSE: To avoid contention of a control channel used in common by plural master sets by providing a means fixedly or variably assigning a control channel and a slot used in common in the case of radio transmission reception to each master set. CONSTITUTION: A major part of a data radio equipment used by a mobile station and a base station is made up of an antenna 1, an RF section 2, a MODEM section 3, a time division multiplex access/time division transmission reception use (TDMA/TDD) CPU section 4, a user CPU section 5, and an operation panel section 6 or the like. The TDMA/TDD CPU section 4 acts like a means assigning fixedly or variably a control channel and a slot used in common in the case of radio transmission reception to each base station CS. When each base station CS uses exclusively the assigned control channel and slot to make radio communication, duplicate control channel due to contention is avoided and when the control channel and the slot are used in common by a few base stations CS, contention of the control channels is reduced. |
