FIELD: dielectric and corrosion-protective films. SUBSTANCE: formation of fluoroplastic-impregnated oxide films takes place in an electrolyte solution based on sulfosalycilic, oxalic, and sulfuric acids and containing aqueous fluoroplastic suspension under action of alternating asymmetric low-frequency current with equal duration of cathode and anode pulses. Effect is achieved because hydrogen released in cathode semiperiod assists formation of pores where fluoroplastic particles enter. EFFECT: facilitated formation of corrosion-protective coatings. |
