<p>PURPOSE: To prevent the adverse influence of the curling of housed paper sheets by providing a paper sheet rear end pressing member for pressing paper sheet ends to the end fence. CONSTITUTION: An end fence 3 has a reverse L shaped plate member, and two slots 11 extended in upper and lower directions in parallel with each other are formed in its vertical plate part (fence part 3a). Two projections 12 provided in a paper sheet rear end pressing member 5 are inserted into these two slots 11 from the front. The fence part 3a of the end fence 3 is held between the paper sheet pressing member 5 and an attaching member 6 from the front and the back, and the projections 12 of the member 5 are engaged with the small projections 6a of the member 6. Since the paper sheet rear end pressing member 5 is attached to the end fence 3 and moved vertically along the slots 11, the rear ends of the bundles of paper sheets having various thicknesses are pressed.</p> |
