PURPOSE: To provide a novel optical resolving method by which higher permeability and higher separability can be expected as an optical resolving method using a membrane fit to profitably and generally obtain a large amt. of an optically active substance. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of optical isomers is optically resolved by impressing voltage on an optically active polymer membrane, e.g. a polypyrrole-composite membrane with optically active poly-L-glutamic acid as a dopant. |
