Pneumatic motor 7 is mounted rotatably over contour of fuselage 1. Thrust created by propellers 5 raises vehicle and control jets 10 provided for controllability in heading. Pneumatic motor 7 is used to project fuselage 1 in case of collision with obstacles and freely rotating it does not brake the vehicle at contact with obstacles. Two pneumatic motors 7 and 8 projecting from sides make it possible to move in narrow ravines. If pneumatic motors rotate in opposite direction, reaction turning cabin 12 is eliminated and additional force moving the vehicle forward is reduced. EFFECT: high maneuverability and increased cargo capacity at low dead weight.
