FIELD: transport; devices preventing hi-jacking and unauthorized use of vehicles. SUBSTANCE: the following devices are installed on vehicle: supply source, current-limiting resistor, remote controlled switch with two antiphase windings, light emitting diode, hermetically sealed reed relay, ignition switch, intermittent signal generator, electromagnetic relay, master oscillator phase manipulator, transmitter and transmitting antenna. Check station has the following devices: first and second receiving antennas 15 and 16, respectively; first and second receivers, 17 and 18, respectively; first and second local oscillators 19 and 20; first and second mixers 22 and 23; first multiplier 23; first narrow-band filter 24; first and second intermediate frequency amplifiers 25 and 26, respectively; first switch 27; second multiplier 28; second narrow-band filter 29; phase detector 30; first indicator 31; laser 32; collimator 33; first, second, third, fourth and fifth Bragg cells, 34,35,36,37,38, respectively; first lens 39; diaphragm 40; second lens 41; first photodetector 42; acoustooptic correlator 43; second lens 44; third lens 45; second photodetector 46; acoustooptic spectrum analyzer 47; second photodetector 48; acoustooptic demodulator 49; second indicator 50; third indicator 51; shutter 52; readout register 63; threshold unit 54; second switch 55; third switch 56; first and second recording units 57 and 58, respectively; and interlocking unit 59.
