A joint section connecting a flat cable 1 having a plurality of conductive lines 1a with a plurality of lead wires 6 by way of a plurality of joint terminals 3 is proposed, wherein, at one end 3a, the joint terminals are formed in compliance with the spacing between the conductive lines 1a and, at the other end 3b are formed in compliance with the spacing between the lead wires 6. Each conductive line 1 is interposed between one end 3a of the corresponding one of the joint terminals 3 and an auxiliary terminal 5 placed on the conductive line and connected by a welding operation. The other end of each joint terminal is connected with the conductor 6a of the corresponding one of the lead wires 6.
