SUBSTANCE: aim is to increase accuracy of fault to earth direction determination in AERIAL distribution networks with insulated neutral due to measurement of loading zero sequence current before fault to earth and current of zero sequence in the form of sum of current of loading and fault to earth after phase fault to earth took place with following compensation of loading current components with simultaneous determination of power sign. EFFECT: increased accuracy of fault to earth direction determination in AERIAL distribution networks with insulated neutral.
