PURPOSE: To provide a bath device in which a water leakage to an outside part from a hopper tank can be prevented and a follow-up boiling can be rapidly done. CONSTITUTION: A bath device comprises a circulating water supply pipe 20 connected to a bath tub 10, a hot water supply pipe 30 and a supply pipe 40 for supplying hot water through which the supply pipes 20 and 30 are connected together. The supply pipe 40 for supplying hot water is provided with a first valve port 41, a second valve port 42 and a separating chamber 45 formed in between. A valve means 50 opens the first valve port and closes the second valve port when a hot water supply is controlled. On the contrary, when a follow-up boiling is controlled, the valve means closes the first valve port and opens the second port. A hopper tank 46 for receiving water from the separating chamber is provided below the second valve port. When it is detected that the stored water of the hopper tank 46 reaches a prescribed water level, the water is returned to the bath tub through a return pipe 65 by driving a pump 25. The drain of the hopper is immediately carried out when the prescribed water level is detected during the control of a hot water supply, and carried out after the follow-up boiling is finished during the follow-up boiling. |
