PURPOSE: To provide a method for measuring the impedance ofπ-type terminal resistance network which selects an element to be measured with a switch box interposed betweenπ-type terminal resistance network DUTs to be measured. CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a network analyzer 1 having not only a sine wave outputting part O1 from which the oscillation output of a sine wave generator 11 is sent but a plurality of measuring parts A and R for measuring the inputted voltage and a swicth box having a plurality of selector switches (k), and the switch box is interposed between the network analyzer 1 and pi-type three terminal resistance network DUT to be measured. As a result, an element to be measured within the elements constituting the DUT can be selected by switching the switch (k) selectively.
