PURPOSE: To easily manufacture a light sun visor with the excellent design by forming an inner layer and an outer layer of a thermoplastic resin, of which bending elasticity and hardness at ordinary temperature are specified and different from each other, and performing a white spotted pattern to the outside of the outer wall, which is formed of these inner layer and the outer layer. CONSTITUTION: A sun visor main body 61 of a sun visor 60 for automobile is formed so as to be formed with a hollow inside part 66 by a resin over wall 65, which is formed of an inner layer 63 and an outer layer 64. Plural fitting tools 62, 62' to be used for fitting to an automobile head after the forming are provided in the sun visor main body 61. Furthermore, the inner layer 63 is made of the thermoplastic resin at 8000kg/cm<2> or more of bending elasticity at ordinary temperature (20 deg.C). At this stage, in the case where the bending elasticity is low, the inner layer 63 lacks the rigidity and the inner layer 63 is easy to be deformed, and the feeling of touch is deteriorated. On the other hand, the outer layer 64 is made of the thermoplastic resin at 50 or less of Shore A hardness at the ordinary temperature. Namely, the feeling of touch is softened, and the safety is improved. A white spotted pattern 67 is performed to the outside of the resin outer wall 65. |
