FIELD: dewatering of sludge of city sewage on sludge ground. SUBSTANCE: sludge ground has water impermeable base 1, blanket filtering devices with filters 2 and water discharge pipes 3 provided with removable plugs, water-receiving troughs 4, pipeline 5 for supply of liquid sludge, catch pits 6 and safety dam 7 made of horizontal layers of filtering materials. Dam foot is located on water-impermeable base of the sludge ground and layers are arranged with displacement towards central vertical axis and form vessel in the form of truncated pyramid. Catch pits are made of circular members installed on one another. Dewatered sludge of city sewage is used as filtering material for safety dam. Method for operation of sludge ground includes its filling with liquid sludge, filtering through blanket filtering devices and dam, withdrawal of above-sludge water through catch pits holding and removal of dewatered sludge. Prior to filling the sludge ground it is guarded with lower layer of dam, and water discharge pipes 3 are closed with removable plugs. In the course of filling as sludge is accumulated, next layers of dam are added and height of catch pits is increased. Upon completion of filling the sludge ground up to the top of dam, it is let hold. In this case, water discharge pipes 3 are freed of plugs and dewatering is effected by filtering through blanket filtering devices and dam. In the course of holding full stabilization and disinfection of sludge of city sewage take place. EFFECT: higher intensification of dewatering process, more simplified maintenance. |
