Laminography method with continuous linear sampling
摘要
The method for generating a cross-sectional image (500) of an object (140) uses a source (10) of X-rays to radiate an object at a first angle of incidence with a first linear X-ray detector (60) recording the X-ray beam (132) after its passage through the object. A second linear detector (40) records the beam (130) after it has radiated the object at a second angle of incidence. By moving the object along linear paths between the source of the X-rays and the two detectors shadow images (360, 160) of the object are generated. The two images are then combined to form a cross-sectional image of the object.
