PURPOSE: To prevent the ultraviolet rays emitted from an ozone lamp from being directly radiated on an ozone sensor by arranging a partition plate between the ozone lamp and the ozone sensor, and by fitting the ozone sensor on the reverse surface of the partition wall opposite to the ozone lamp. CONSTITUTION: A partition plate 9 is arranged between the inlet port 4 of an air passage 5 and an ozone lamp 7 so as to be nearly in parallel with the ozone lamp and to partition the inside of the air passage 5. Air-passage gaps 10, 10 are provided between both ends of the partition plate 6 and the partition plates 6 by which the air passage 5 communicating the inlet port 4 with the blowing-out port 3 is partitioned in a projected shape. A guide plate 11 is arranged between the inlet port 4 and the partition plate 9 so as to partition the air passage 5 nearly in parallel with the partition plate 9, and air holes 12 are perforated therein. An ozone sensor 15 is fitted in the part being opposite to the air holes 12 of the partition plate 9. The ozone lamp 7 is supported on a supporting plate 14 on the opposite side of the ozone sensor with a partition plate 9 therebetween.
