CONSTITUTION: A culture solution for the hydroponic culture of plants such as green vegetables, fruits and flowers is treated by circulating the solution through a treating layer composed mainly of a fibrous activated carbon such as a fibrous activated carbon having a specific surface area of 500-2,000m<2> /g and a volume of pores having pore diameter of <=30Å accounting for >=90% of the total pore volume. |
