PURPOSE: To prevent the adverse effect of a display means located around the center hole of a disk upon a reference surface for clamping and to distinctly and stably maintain the display state. CONSTITUTION: 1st and 2nd optical disks 11 and 12 consisting of light transmitting disk substrates 11a and 12a in a doughnut shape having a center hole respectively, provided with reflecting films 11b and 12b on one side surface respectively are integrated with their reflecting film sides opposite to each other via an adhesion layer 13 to constitute a combined optical disk 100. In this case, flat surface parts around the center hole 10 are provided with label means 11d and 12d printed on or stuck to the reflecting film sides respectively. |
