PURPOSE: To easily coat with adhesive for adhering the peripheral edge of a tabular material for a window to a resin frame at the time of integrally molding the edge of the material with the frame by disposing a coating jig at the edge of the material for the window isolated at a predetermined distance of the die of the opposite side to the die. CONSTITUTION: A clamp 9 is released when the end 10 of a tabular material 1 is disposed at a predetermined position, and the peripheral edge of the material 1 is engaged with a coating jig 4 by the reaction of a twisted spring material 11 provided at the fixed shaft of a coupling member 3. The upper surface 12, the side surface 13 and the lower surface 14 of the edge of the material 1 are coated with adhesive 15 in predetermined coating widths from a felt 5 provided in the jig 14. The adhesive coated parts of the material 1 are moved to the position where an air spraying nozzle 7 is disposed, warm air is sprayed to the edge of the material 1 coated with the adhesive 15 via the nozzle 7 to completely remove solvent. Thereafter, the material 1 is inserted from the back surface of a die 2, and integrated with a resin frame 30 while moving. |
