PURPOSE: To uniformly keep light irradiation amount by means of an exposing lamp so as to prevent exposing irregularity from occurring by performing phase control on an exposing light source based on stored phase control information in the case of on-off control of a fixing lamp. CONSTITUTION: When the exposing lamp 3 is turned on and a CPU 29 being a fixing temperature controlling means controls to switch power supply to a fixing lamp 23 from on-condition to off-condition, a CPU 29 being an exposure controlling means interrupts feedback phase control at the specified terms before and after switching and performs the phase control on the exposing lamp 3 based on the phase control information stored in a RAM 31 being a phase control information storing means. Thus, the lamp 3 is prevented from being influenced by voltage fluctuation so as to perform image exposure with the specified light irradiation amount. Consequently, a good image with almost no copying density irregularity can be obtained. |
