FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: method consists in forming the ship's hull board sections and decks and bottom outfitted with equipment. Decks are formed at assembly sites located at level of their location on ship under construction and are connected with sides on underlying decks or on bottom. According to second version of assembly, side sections are connected to intermediate decks outfitted with equipment at assembly sites and module is assembled by horizontal motion. Assembly shop is provided with assembly sites arranged in tiers for forming the module decks. Tiers are located at level of decks on module (vessel) under construction; besides that, these assembly sites extend beyond shop boundaries forming cargo platforms for loading the equipment and structural members of deck being assembled. Assembly sites are connected with cargo platforms by means of gates for delivery of equipment and structural members. EFFECT: reduction of time required for assembly, reduction of labour consumption; comfortable conditions for workers, possibility of building ships by straight-line flow method. |
