CONSTITUTION: The coal ash is granulated by mixing 100 pts.wt. coal ash, 0.001-1 pts.wt. water soluble high polymer having 2-80mol% repeating unit having a carboxyl group per total repeating unit and 40-100 pts.wt. water.</p> |
