A stamp arrangement, suitable for e.g. postal services, comprising a carrier means having a front side and a rear side, said front side provided with an imprint related to the stamp issuer, e.g. indicating at least the country of the stamp and a numerical, postal value, and said rear side provided with adhesive means, wherein said rear side is provided with an applied message, e.g. and advisory or postal information or of a commercial advertising type.
