a battery voltage detecting unit(5) where voltage dividing resistors(27,28) are connected between (+) terminal of a battery and ground; a warning light driving unit(7) having a power transistor(32), a transistor(34) and a zener diode(31) for controlling the warning light; and a temperature gradient transistor(30) between the zener diode and the cross point of the resistors for generating the voltage variation of the diode depending on temperature changes to turn on or off the warning light through the warning light driving unit so as to prevent over flow of currents from the battery.
