PURPOSE: To provide an MOS driving circuit with optimized rising and breaking time, regardless of a variation of MOS products, without using a resistor between the MOS driving circuit at a switching regulator and an MOS-type field effect transistor (MOS) to be driven. CONSTITUTION: An MOS driving circuit comprises first bipolar transistors TN5 and TN6 , and second bipolar transistors TP5 and TP6 connected with the first bipolar transistor TN5 or TN6 . A capacitor C1 is connected between a base and a ground of both bipolar transistors. Then, a current adjusting resistor R3 is inserted in a current path 2C of a constant-current circuit unit, and a switch TN3 is inserted in the current path 2C on the ground side. A terminal of the switch TN3 on the power-source side is connected to a terminal of the capacitor C1 on the base side. In addition, a duty setting unit 3 for turning on and off the switch TN4 is provided. |
