<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve communication control and congestion in virtual connection of a communication circuit network by providing an intermediate node between a source node and a destination node, feeding channel utilization information back to the source node and adjusting the supply of a packet. SOLUTION: The packet from a customer part equipment CPE 108 is transmitted from a source node 102a to a destination node 10b in a forward direction through an intermediate node 105 in a communication network 100. A channel utilization factor CUF is measured by a server in each node and carried to the source node 102a by the packet. CUF information is updated in a transmission period, when the information reaches the source node, it is the maximum utilization degree indicated by resources in the virtual connection at a point in time and a packet supply rate to the circuit network is adjusted by an access module 110 according to the maximum utilization degree by the source node 102a.</p> |
