PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmacological preparation for reducing formation of wrinkles, containing NADH, NADPH, its salt, stimulating energy production power of mitochondrial cells only rubbing into skin and raising the water ingestion rate. SOLUTION: This preparation contains a reduction type nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH), a reduction type nicotinamide adenine phosphate dinucleotide (NADPH) and/or its salt (hereinafter active ingredients) is applied to human skin. Preferably the active ingredients are sealed in liposome. Preferably the sealing method comprises dissolving the active ingredients in a buffered aqueous medium and exposing a lipid film formed from a lipid, a surfactant and an organic solvent to the aqueous solution. The diameter of the liposome is preferably 30-100 nm.
