<p>A mounting assembly with semiconductor cells and cooling boxes is proposed in which mounting takes place via hydraulic connectors (9) which bring about a hydraulic connection of the cooling boxes to a coolant line (8). Sealed hydraulic connections are provided between the hydraulic connectors (9) and the coolant line (8). These hydraulic connections make possible a lateral movement of the hydraulic connector (9) on the coolant line (8). Electrical contact to the semiconductor cells (1, 2) of the mounting assembly is made by means of electrical plug connectors (14) with multiple contacts (17) which make possible a lateral movement in an electrical countercontact piece. Preferably, an axial swivel seal with linear ball mounting is provided, and only rolling friction occurs between all the components pressed against one another in opposition to the elasticity of the seals. <IMAGE></p> |
