MAT ALUMINUM MATERIAL AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

PURPOSE: To obtain a mat Al material having 30% reflectance at 60 deg. incident angle. CONSTITUTION: This mat Al material contains 1.4-5vol.% 2nd phase particles having <=5μm particle diameter and has a surface with dimples having 0.1-100μm diameter formed by alkali etching. The aspect ratio (r/d) of the average depth (d) (μm) of the dimples to the average radius (r) (μm) is >=0.6, the residual area rateαof the flat part is 0-30% and reflectance R at 60 deg. incident angle is <=30%. A superior desired mat surface is obtd. even in the case of a small loss on etching.
