Underground storage space for articles at risk

The access to the underground store is through a hydraulic lift (3) whose opening (8) can be closed by a cover (10) formed by swivel flaps (10a,10b). Underneath these flaps a second cover (9) closes the access. The second cover is set at a distance from the outer flaps. The swivel movement of the outer flaps is through circular segments (11,12) having teeth fixed on same and rolling on locally fixed toothed rods (13,14). The second cover can form a lift unit with the hydraulic lift. The flaps are operated by hydraulic operating cylinders (19,20).
