Method and apparatus for comminuting moist mineral material

The pulverizing material is exposed inside the material bed pulverizing machine and directly after leaving the pulverizing zone to a fluid injection spray (11') which has an at least partial de- agglomerating effect. The fluid supplied is then fed with the pulverizing material to the wet grading area (6'). The pulverizing product leaving the pulverizing zone can be additionally subjected to mechanical de-agglomeration. The fluid is sprayed in under a minimum pressure. The fluid can be injected into the area immediately after the pulverizing zone to flush away material particles from the inside walls and machine parts.
