<p>PURPOSE: To prevent a sealed property of a hose connected structure from being deteriorated with time by a method wherein a lubricating layer having a fluorine-modified silicone as a main component is formed on an inner peripheral surface of a fluororubber made inner layer. CONSTITUTION: A fluororubber made inner layer 2 and an intermediate rubber layer 3a are formed, and a reinforced yarn layer 3b is formed on an outer periphery of the intermediate rubber layer 3a. Then, specific unvulcanized rubber is extrusion molded on an outer periphery of the reinforced yarn layer 3b, and a skin rubber layer 3c is formed. A lubricating layer 4 is formed on an inner peripheral surface of the fluororubber made inner layer 2 of the four layer structured hose 1. A spindle 8 having an outer diameter almost equal to the inner diameter of the hose is prepared, and a lubricant 9 having a fluoromodified silicone as a main component is applied onto an outer peripheral surface of the tip part. Then, the spindle 8 is inserted by a specific length into an end part of the hose 1, and pulled out thereafter. Thereby, the lubricating layer 4 to which the lubricant is applied is formed onto the inner peripheral surface of the fluororubber made inner layer 2 of the hose 1.</p> |
