FIELD: instruments, detectors of magnetic induction in devices for automatic control. SUBSTANCE: device converts capacitance into frequency instead of conversion variation of current into voltage. In order to achieve this field-effect transistor and bipolar photo-sensitive transistor serves as oscillation circuit elements which are controlled by light. Energy losses in this circuit are compensated by means of negative resistance which is achieved at collector-emitter terminals of bipolar photo-sensitive transistor. External passive inductance coil is used as inductive element of circuit. When magnetic field effects magnetic diode, which emits light which effects bipolar photo-sensitive transistor, then capacitance of impedance at collector-emitter terminals is changed. This results in change of resonant frequency of circuit. EFFECT: increased sensitivity, increased precision. 1 dwg |
